Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12–16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check internal temperature (should reach 165°F / 74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
