Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and sweetener, mix well.
  4. Stir in almond flour and oat flour.
  5. Add baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
  7. Pour batter into the pan.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
