  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • For the Wrap:
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped and dried
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large tortilla wraps (whole wheat or flour)

Method
 

  1. Season & cook chicken: Brush chicken with olive oil, season with garlic powder and black pepper, then grill or pan-cook for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F / 75°C). Rest, then slice.
  2. Prepare filling: Chop and dry the romaine lettuce, then combine with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Assemble wraps: Place lettuce mixture and sliced chicken on tortillas, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and add lemon juice if desired.
  4. Toast (optional): Lightly oil the wrap and cook in a pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
