  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix salmon, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, breadcrumbs, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
