- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.

- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Add remaining glaze and bake another 15–25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
